<description><![CDATA["Out of California, this motion is described as follows:

Prosecutors frequently ask the following question following the introduction of the RMP statistics: “What is the population of the world?” The reason this is asked is to unfairly suggest that there is some relationship between the RMP and the population of the world. There isn’t any relationship between these two numbers. It is like comparing apples to oranges.

            We move to prevent the prosecutor from asking any questions regarding any correspondence between these two numbers"
