<description><![CDATA[Motion for new trial based on grounds that verdice was contrary to the weight of the evidence and insufficient as a matter of law.  Additional grounds for new trial are as follows:

(1) permitting inadmissible State witness identification testimony.

(2) excluding defense witness testimony and improper burden shift

(3) permitting witness tampering suggestion and limiting cross on it

(4) improperly suggesting to jury that it was obligated to reach a verdice

(5) improper mischaracterization of standard of proof

(6) improper evoking of bias

(7) improper prior consistent hearsay

(8) improper denial of Independent Act instruction

(9) improper state preemptory challenges
