<description><![CDATA[Many lawyers do not realize that when the FDLE lab report finds only "Carboxy-THC" or THC-COOH", and does not find Delta 9 THC, it means the driver was not impaired.  In fact, evidence of Carboxy THC alone without Delta 9 THC is inadmissible to prove impairment. This brief contains a number of citations to government publications and studies.
