<description><![CDATA[1. Was Defendant “in custody” when he was placed into handcuffs and were the questions by Police questions that are an attempt to elicit an incriminating response;

2. Was there reasonable suspicion to stop Defendant based on the anonymous and uncorroborated information available to Police when he approached Defendant

3. Was there probable cause to arrest Defendant for obstructing or resisting an officer without violence by Defendant stating to Police he did not have a firearm on his person when in fact Defendat did have a lawfully carried firearm on his person;

4. Was a warrantless arrest of Defendant for the misdemeanor offense of carrying a concealed weapon by a permit holder in a bar permitted when the offense was not committed in the presence of a law enforcement officer; and

5. Was there probable cause to arrest Defendant for carrying a concealed weapon in a bar, whereby such arrest would permit additional searches of Defendant's person?
