This motion protects the defendant's right to the Presumption of Innocence. Legally speaking, those who accuse others of perpetrating criminality against them are ACCUSERS, unless and until the accuseds either admit fault via formal plea and/or are duly found guilty at trial. It is at either of these points that accusers legally become VICTIMS and can thereafter be correctly identified in a court of law without rendering due harm to the accused's constitutonal right to the Presumption of Innocence. By the way, it is for this very reason that Marsay's Law is so dangerous to the criminally accused. That law effectly provides ACCUSERS with the legal status of "VICTIMS" without it first having been determined via Judge or Jury! Accordingly, this motion forbids anyone from referring to an "ACCUSER" as "VICTIM" until that fact has been established as a matter of law. I also included the Order Granting the motion along with the Not-guilty verdict (form) that the moton gretly facilitated.
