FACDL MembershipRegular Membership in FACDL is open to private practitioners and public defenders who are members of The Florida Bar, actively engaged in criminal defense. Membership is also available to Federal Public Defenders and Assistant Public Defenders who are members in good standing of other state Bars and practice criminal defense in Florida. Membership dues are based on the year of admission to The Florida Bar and follow the fiscal year of January 1 to December 31. Note that renewals are not prorated. Only new members joining after the fall board meeting will extend their membership through the following fiscal year. Join FACDL today!
