We’re continuing our deep dive into the new sentencing guideline amendments with Part 2 of our training series. This session will focus on two major updates taking effect November 1st: - The New Supervised Release Guidelines – what’s changed and what it means for your practice. - The Guideline Simplification Process – On November 1st, all of the Chapter 5 guideline departures will cease to exist. Substantial Assistance will continue to survive, but it will be called an adjustment.
