Ms. Morgan received her undergraduate degree in Legal Administration, graduating cum laude, from the University of West Florida in 1998. Ms. Morgan earned her Juris Doctorate, graduating cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law in 2001. While at Stetson College of Law she also earned a Certificate of Concentration in Trial Advocacy.
Social/Volunteer Organizations
Ms. Morgan served as an Honorary Commander with the 919th Special Operations Wing at Duke Field and the 36th Electronic Warfare Squadron at Eglin Air Force Base from 2014 to 2016. Ms. Morgan also served the State of Florida two times as a member of the Judicial Nominating Commission JNC from 2006-2010, and from 2017 to 2018. Ms. Morgan is a member of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers - Okaloosa Chapter, the Okaloosa Bar Association wherein she served as President, Vice President and Secretary, the Walton Bar Association and the EscambiaSanta Rosa Bar Association. Ms. Morgan recently graduated from The Florida Bar's Leadership Academy, Class XII, and she was appointed by The Florida Bar to serve on the Leadership Academy Committee.

Wanda Morgan served the State of Florida as a General Magistrate in the First Judicial Circuit, Okaloosa County, Florida from June 1, 2018, to June 16, 2023. Ms. Morgan was assigned to family law, truancy, and Baker ActMarchman Act cases. Ms. Morgan also acted as a Child Support Hearing Officer. BR
